By accessing the milvin website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by milvin, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with all associated policies including milvin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

milvin reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to request supporting documentation including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player may hold only one registered account on milvin. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and for notifying milvin of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. milvin will never ask for your password outside of the standard login process. You agree to notify milvin immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

milvin reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• False or misleading information was provided during registration.
• The player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• The account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The player has previously been excluded or banned from milvin or any affiliated platform.

milvin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 300. Deposits made through supported payment methods are typically credited to your milvin wallet immediately or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation.

All funds deposited into your milvin account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or accounts belonging to other individuals are strictly prohibited. milvin reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party payment is suspected.

milvin does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside milvin's control. milvin is not responsible for any fees levied by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank during a deposit transaction.

milvin reserves the right to place holds on deposits pending identity verification or fraud review. In such cases, the player will be notified and asked to provide supporting documentation.

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money balances (excluding active bonus funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. milvin processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Standard processing times vary by payment method but milvin targets completion within 24–72 hours of a verified request.

Before any withdrawal is processed, the player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete), the player must have deposited and wagered at least once using real money, and there must be no active responsible gaming restrictions blocking withdrawals on the account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. milvin reserves the right to request additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal amounts.

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all milvin bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

milvin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where milvin believes a promotion is being abused. Players who have already claimed a valid bonus in good faith will not be retrospectively penalised for promotion modifications that post-date their claim.

Game outcomes are independent of all prior outcomes and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action outside of the game mechanics themselves.

milvin reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or restrict bet sizes on any event at any time. This includes situations where:

• An event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market settlement criteria are met.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other integrity violations affecting the event.
• An obvious pricing error has occurred in the offered odds.
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns suggest co-ordinated wagering activity or insider knowledge.

In-play betting markets are offered at milvin's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event without prior notice. Settlement of all bets is final once confirmed by milvin's trading team, except where a clear and demonstrable error in settlement has occurred, in which case milvin reserves the right to correct the settlement.

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day for sports betting. These limits are detailed within the sportsbook section and may be updated from time to time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on milvin. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with milvin's platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, RNG patterns, or game logic errors.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using milvin for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Funding your milvin account using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment instruments.
• Attempting to place bets with knowledge of fixed or manipulated sports event outcomes (insider betting).
• Abusing milvin's bonus system through patterns designed to extract value without genuine recreational play intent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing milvin support staff or other players in any communication channel.

milvin actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated systems and human review. milvin cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulators in investigations involving suspected criminal activity on the platform.

All content on the milvin platform — including but not limited to the milvin brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, and all other visual and functional elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of milvin or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the milvin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any milvin content without prior written authorisation from milvin.

Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct), milvin reserves the right to retain all funds in the account and to void outstanding winnings. Upon voluntary closure or termination not related to misconduct, milvin will return the verified real-money balance in the account net of any applicable bonus obligations.

milvin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on this page. Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
